By accessing or booking services through Blue Clinic & Studio S.A.S. (“Clinic”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to any policies referenced herein.

We provide elective dental treatments combined with travel coordination in Medellín, Colombia. All procedures are performed by licensed dentists after an in‑person clinical examination and signed informed consent.

Content on our website and ads is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Final treatment plans are confirmed after diagnostics and may change based on clinical findings.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Colombian law. Any dispute not resolved amicably within 30 days shall be submitted to arbitration under the ICC Rules, seat Medellín, language English.
